Our Philosophy

WVUH-East Home Health Care strives to assist the patient in the attainment of these goals by promoting, maintaining and restoring health or by minimizing the negative effects of illness and disability. We believe that individuals have the right to receive home care services and that quality health care can be provided in a compassionate, safe and cost-effective manner in the home environment.
