Offering a full scope of family practice from pediatrics (including well child and immunizations) to geriatrics and preventative care. Lab services, EKGs and minor procedures also performed.

We are a participating provider as a primary care physician for most major insurance groups including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Acordia, Unicare and InforMed. Please contact our office for additional insurance participation.

It is always recommended that the patient call their insurance carrier for in-network participating providers.

Directions:

• From Winchester: Take I-81 North to Exit 20. Turn left off the exit, cross over I-81 bridge. Make a left onto T.J. Jackson Drive.
• From Hagerstown: Take I-81 South to Exit 20. Turn left off exit. Make a left onto T.J. Jackson Drive.
• From Jefferson County: Take Route 9 West to I-81 North to Exit 20. Turn left off the exit, cross over I-81 bridge. Make a left onto T.J. Jackson Drive.
