Providing family and preventative health care, routine annual exams, lab services, EKGs and some minor procedures in the office. Accepting new patients for adult family care with age limits for minors of 12 years and older.

Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 a.m.—12:30 p.m.
Dr. Lopez is a participating provider as a primary care physician for most insurance
groups including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Acordia, Unicare and InforMed. Please contact the office for additional insurance participation.
It is always recommended that the patient call their insurance carrier for in-network participating providers.
Directions:
- From Winchester: Take I-81 North to Exit 14. Turn right onto the City Hospital Campus. After main entrance make a left onto Emergency Drive, then a right onto Dr. Oates Drive.
- From Hagerstown: Take I-81 South to Exit 14. Cross over interstate and turn right onto City Hospital Campus. After main entrance make a left onto Emergency Drive, then a right onto Dr. Oates Drive.
- From Jefferson County: Take Route 9 West to I-81 North to Exit 14. Turn right onto the City Hospital Campus. After main entrance make a left onto Emergency Drive, then a right onto Dr. Oates Drive.
