Annual Giving Campaign

As not-for-profit hospitals, both City Hospital and Jefferson Memorial Hospital depend on the support of the community to help fund vital patient care equipment needs.
Each year a "wish list" of equipment needs are identified for each hospital. Donors have a choice of making a tax-deductible contribution to either the Jefferson Health Care Foundation to the City Hospital Foundation to benefit the designated hospital.

Gifts may be made by check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Checks should be made payable to your Foundation of choice — either the City Hospital Foundation or Jefferson Health Care Foundation — and mailed to:
