- Follow blue hospital signs, exiting at Charles Town Races

From Shepherdstown, WV:
- Take Flowing Springs Road to Charles Town
- Continue through the four-way stop onto East 5th Avenue past the back gate of the Charles Town Races

From Frederick, MD:
- Take Rt. 340 to Harpers Ferry continuing on to Charles Town
- Once passing over the Route 9 bypass, turn right onto Jefferson Crossing, following the blue hospital signs
